Everything about this property was AMAZING and luxurious! I am definitely rebooking this apartment in my next stay. It offers incredible value for money, a helpful staff, a beautifully designed apartment, stunning views, and so much more. A note on the location: Como is not as well-connected as Milan, so you’ll need to rely on your own car or bus transportation, which may involve some walking and pulling your luggage. Additionally, this apartment is not centrally located (we preferred to stay away from Center), which might be a consideration depending on the purpose of your trip. Apartment is: 6 mins walk to grocery store 7 mins walk to nearest bus stop 9 mins walk to Villa Olmo (sight seeing) and the lake 30 mins walk to center

While the apartment is well-equipped, I did notice some housekeeping issues. The floors were not properly vacuumed, and the dishes were not cleaned thoroughly—I had to rewash every dish before use. Also, taxis can be difficult to get in the area—we waited two hours for a cab—so it’s important to plan your transportation accordingly. The building did not have an elevator so dwe have to carry our luggage (of half a month’s travel) and climb 4 floors, same for collecting delivery pick ups as well - we worked around it but definitely one for consideration for others.

The apartment had all you needed. It was very clean and confortable.
