we were not offered any alternative options. The excuse was that they had a flood, which I doubt, as we had been in contact the entire time and there were no signs of it. I believe the accommodation was rebooked at a higher price, which is very unprofessional and undermines Booking.com as well. The owners showed little interest in accommodating any suggestions. Last-minute cancellations are not something that should be considered normal.

Location is the best, value for money, you just need to call the owner before you arrive so he can come to give you the key as he is not on the location, but he will come to you in 5 minutes he is a very helpfull guy

location was ok, but the propery was very very dirty

its had mold, very very dirty. didnt have towels. the host did not want to talk. it only had one chair and we were cheked for 4people. disgusting! wey disapointed from this booking!

Everything was dirty, wretched, it smelled bad, the wall was peeling off, the tiles came off the floor. The bathroom was awful, it has a hole in the bathtub! Here the tiles came off the floor, too. The toilet was peed on although he said us that the cleaning staff was there to clean the apartment. The door wasn’t secure. It hadn’t towels, which is the most basic think that an apartment must have!! Generally it was 0/10 review.

There's nothing good about this "apartment", only location is nice.

Please do not book this. There are plenty other properties in the city with the more or less the same price, you will save yourself a lot of trouble. Value for money for this apartment is awful. The apartment in the pictures and in person is the same with a 10 year difference. It looks like there was a flood and that the damage was never fixed afterwards. Floor is completely destroyed, the apartment is full of mold and sofa is ditry and smells bad, it has a lot of stains. Bathroom has a lot of distroyed tiles, bathtub is damaged and overall bathroom is really dirty. By the condition of the pillows you can see that they should have been recycled 2 years ago. We had only 4 clean beddings for 5 people. The last bedding was ditry, had stains and smelled weird. We wrote to the owner, asking for one additional bedding and he never wrote back. All the sockets were pulled out of the walls, overall the safety in the apartment is really concerning. The kitchen looks like it's a century old, all the glasses and mugs were dirty. I wish I could add more then 4 pictures so you can see what I mean. I don't think you want me to go further, please just don't rent this property, I never spent a night in a more awful, dirty and smelly place, I wouldn't recommend this to a homeless person.
