The apartment was neglected, in the basement, without Self-check in. The person who showed us the apartment wanted all of our IDs and took pictures of them, despite our objections, because he should have only written down our data, not taken pictures of IDs. Generally dirty. No WiFi, and in the basement our mobile internet did not work. In the bathroom a very loud device that turned on every time the water was flushed and was hellishly loud and woke us up at night. I do not recommend!

Let me give you 10 reasons why not to come here: 1. The apartment was dirty, full of mold ans dust, especially on the fridge; 2. The wi-fi was not working. The host told us it was not working the day we arrived, but after reading more reviews, I realised the wi-fi had nod been working for a very long time; 3. The sink in the bathroom was broken and water was coming out of it; 4. The bathtub had a broken piece inside and I cut my toe in it; 5. There were pubes in the bathtub; 6. They made me wait in the cold for 20 minutes just to tell me that I could not check in because it was not 17:00 pm, the hour which I thought I would arrive. They told me I could not check in after I had messaged them. They would have had me waiting for even more if I had not messaged them. 7. Dirt in the toilet seat; 8. The floorboards were broken; 9. Cobwebs next to the window; 10. The guy who checked us in insisted we pay 4 nights in cash or card even though I had paid 2 months prior. I am not the one to judge, but they do not even care about their customers. I do not care that much where I stay but this place disgusted me. The only good thing about this place is the location which is in the city center, and that is it. The apartment is not healthy at all and I look forward to the host's reply to try to defend himself and that filth of and apartment. I have read the reviews. He replies by telling his customers that they lie in their reviews, but since thescore of the apartment is 5.5, you can make an opinion. The apartment is a reflection of their work for the customers which is very poor.

Apartment is spacious, but you can’t profit from it as it’s extremely dirty, it’s disgusting to touch anything.

It’s a basement apartment, so there isn’t enough of fresh air and there is a persistent musty smell. There were the dirty stains all over the couch in the living room. Also, we found somebody’s hair on the bed linen, the host agreed to change it. Wi-fi wasn’t working. Kitchen isn’t usable as first you need to spend couple of hours cleaning it. We didn’t expect to have a luxury apartment for that price, but at least the basic cleannesses should be provided. Also, the host took 2€ per person of “tourist tax” in addition to the price we booked (including taxes). We were supposed to spend only one night there to hit the road in the early morning. And didn’t expect an apartment can be that neglected. We wanted to leave the moment we checked in.
