La luz tan intensa del baño, iba a media noche y sentía que me quitaba un poco el sueño, pero nada grave.

The location was both good and bad. It is ideally located to walk but the building next door has a lot of dogs that bark throughout the night

We paid to have an early check in rate and still had to wait an hour past normal check in to get our rooms We found small shards of glass on our bed and in one of our drinking glasses Breakfast offers too few options, fine if you are here one night more than that and it is a waste The front door is always locked and if the front desk has gone for a wander you can't get in, the key reader supposedly has never worked

Ik vond de iedereen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was de locatie ook erg goed, met diverse plekjes voor koffie, gebak, boodschappen edm op (korte) wandelafstand. Op 10 minuten wandelen van goede restaurants, cafés, winkels en Chapultepec.

Ik vond dat de kamer wat vaker gekuist mocht worden.

Perfectly located about two blocks La Reforma. Although a band was playing till 2 AM, you could not hear the music from the hotel. Love that the restaurant only serves breakfast keeps the internal noise low. The pool could’ve been warmed during the cold season to enjoy. However it was cold water.

The location is definitely a plus.

It’s close to a highway so it’s noisy however I can’t compare to other places it was bearable. It’s an extremely cold place, I came from Europe and I wished I had my thermo pyjama….no heating during cold months. I often showered and the steam from shower offset the fire alarm which was annoying.

es un hotel nuevo, todo está impecable y además está rodeado de muchos lugares ricos para comer, también tiene desayunos, pero siempre es bueno tener opciones

I like the room. It’s spacious and comfy. The bed is so big. All staff is nice and they provide us a lot of information that we need.

No we’re so happy with our stay

Great new property with spacious room with balcony on the3rd floor. Nice little options for breakfast and great location. All Staff gave a great service. Will definitely recommend.
