It is a newer hotel that was very clean. I loved the style of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and super chill. I enjoyed the breakfast included at the hotel.

The pool was not heated. It was freezing cold. If you are afraid of heights you may want to stay away from this hotel. It’s not shown in any of the photos, but the inside of the hotel is all open so the hallways on each floor overlook the lobby.

Facilities and location

The service. Very bad service, I had 3 situations: 1. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 12-year old kid. When we arrived, the room had just 1 double bed. They changed the room for a 2 bed and at 11 pm they made us change to the original room (with 1 pregnant woman and 1 kid). They didn’t give an additional bed, they made the kid sleep on a sofa (very uncomfortable). No apologies or compensation were made for this. 2. We asked for extra blankets, and there were none. 3. Breakfast was too slow. Wait time of approx 30 min

The heat and ac unit did not work. We were cold at night and hot during the day

Super cute, quiet neighborhood and very friendly staff. Super included breakfast. Amazing value for such a nice experience. Walking distance to Reforma and all the big super expensive hotels.

A very beautiful and clean hotel in a quiet and safe part of the city. The breakfast was ordered from a menu and very tasty. Other guests have described it as rather small, but I didn’t find that to be the case – you just had to mention in your order that you wanted several items. For example, I ordered the fruit bowl, the omelet, and the waffles, and received an excellent breakfast. The rooms are spaceous with a comfy bed. There was a sofa which is very relaxing and a little kitchen which is especially good to store stuff :) It‘s not needed though because there are a lot of nice restaurants and streetfood around. If you want the best views of the city and a nice experience we really recomend you the Ling Ling restaurant in walking distance! The staff was very friendly and nice. The whole hotel is very clean and beautiful. It is perfectly located between the Angel Indepenca and the Chapultepec park in a nice neighborhood.

The only thing we could complain is that we twice didn‘t get the water we wished for while breakfast, so we have nothing to complain about at all as you can see :) Drinking water was not refilled daily, that would have been awesome.

The entry / sitting area was cute! The initial receptionist who checked us in - forgot her name, but her hair was two colors and super cute (!) - was super kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The rest of the staff wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming which wasn’t great. We felt like we were infringing on their time when we came down for breakfast. I just didn’t feel welcomed and wouldn’t return to be honest.

Very nice boutique hotel - large rooms, v clean, good shower. Convenient for Reforma without any of the noise. Cute roof deck w plunge pool. Nice breakfast made to order. Lively and helpful staff. We had a great time here for a long weekend!

Our room was 103 right above the lobby area, during breakfast time you could hear everything. A higher floor wouldn’t have this issue.
