Double bed was a little too firm

The property was immaculate with everything that you could want supplied. A beautiful setting with freedom to roam the wonderful gardens, including visiting their pig & chickens in the woodland. Jo greeted us when we arrived and made us extremely welcome, she even managed to produce a shower chair out of thin air! We were only sorry that we had commitments each day and could not laze about in the property, enjoying it's relaxing atmosphere for more than just the late evenings. Thank you Jo for letting us share your amazing property.

There really wasn't any thing you could find fault with at this property.

It's a beautifully quiet little sanctuary in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by farms and wildlife. Yet it also makes a great base for exploring Herefordshire, and there's a Big Tesco only 10 minutes down the road. Jo and Paul were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The barn itself is huge, comfortable, and well equipped, though we were lucky with the weather and spent most of our stay outdoors. The kids (5 and 7) — and the grown-ups, for that matter — had an absolute ball feeding the animals and raiding the various fruit trees in the massive garden. (If you feed windfall apples to Shrek, he'll be your best mate!) They loved playing in the woods, climbing in the tree house, and bouncing on the trampoline. There were some days when we didn’t even leave the grounds. We climbed trees, toasted marshmallows, and played endless games of hide and seek, all right on our doorstep. Occasionally, the adults were allowed to relax in the hot tub, watching the swallows and bats once the small splashy ones were in bed. Exceptional views. The views were so good we didn't want to leave the accommodation. Great location. Hosts very welcoming. Clean and tidy. Garden and surroundings a delight!
