"Lovely rural retreat"

"Perfect idyllic setting to get away from the rat race of life"

Meadow Barn is idyllic - peaceful (except for nature) which is just a bonus, hearing the various birds especially in the morning. The accomodation was fabuolous as were the hosts. Will definitely be going back

Nothing really - the single beds were a little too firm for me, but thats just a personal thing, it did not impact my stay at all

"Mental reset"

Location, views and accommodation were all amazing a home from home experience, a lovely short break away from the usual busy day to day life, this was a mental reset. Hope to return in the future

"Lovely, well appointed accommodation."

Parking, views, warm & comfortable with good facilities.

Only 1 drawback - as the twin room has patio doors, couldn't sleep with a window open, which I prefer- minor issue, if at all.

The photos of this place make it look smaller than it actually is, the opposite of what normally happens! Meadow Barn was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and had farm animals to visit as an added bonus! The water pressure in the shower is also amazingly strong. The owner was very helpful, and I wish we were there longer to enjoy it more!

The toilet in the main bathroom has a square seat which we found to be quite uncomfortable, but definitely not a deal breaker.

"Family getaway"

Beautiful accomodation with fantastic views. Really lovely garden and grounds. The kids loved it, we had a great time. Great location with lots of fun things nearby to do. Hope to come back soon!

"Excellent accomodation in a lovely setting with views of the hills"

Very comfortable accomodation with lots of space. It had two modern bathrooms, fantastic, large, well-kept gardens, and a terrace with views over the hills. There were two large comfortable sofas facing patio doors, with views of the garden and hills. Host was very nice. Keys were left in the back door, so very easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay.
