We throughly enjoyed our stay

The street was a bit noisy but we are also used to complete silence where we live. If you live in a city you probably wouldn't notice a thing.

NOISY! Constant 24/7 road noise from the highway and the street - it’s right on the very busy intersection of Carretera 200 & Avenida Las Brisas, big trucks, buses, cars, taxis, all day and night. Rooms and windows have no insulation for sound and no weatherstrip around the door, which has a gap at the bottom, so there is nothing to block the constant noise. You can also hear loud construction noise during the day and loud bar music at night. It’s very hard to sleep here because we’re used to a quiet neighborhood. BRING YOUR EARPLUGS! ANTS infest the kitchenette. I found a full bowl of sugar that was left on top of the microwave. It was covered with tiny ants. I flushed the sugar down the drain and washed out the sugar bowl so it wouldn’t attract them.

Great location, awesome host and very friendly staff. We were warmly welcomed and looked after for the entire 10 night stay. Mile, Jose and the cleaner went above and beyond to assist us with anything we required. The place was immaculately cleaned everyday and the location was central to everything. We had the best time and can not thank them all enough for their hospitality.
