The property is small, but looks like there was money invested in the rooms and location.

You hear traffic all night, which will keep you up. It’s a busy street and there is nothing you can do about the noise.

Loved the location .. it’s down the street from a few good restaurants and the main strip is like 3 blocks down the street .. super convenient location .. the staff is very nice and rooms are clean with ac and hot water

It gets a little loud at night with the main road near by but still able to sleep.. nothing too crazy

Good and safe location. Easy to get in and out.

It’s on a hill, so the road nosies are high due to vehicles climbing the hill.

Good location, a block away from zicatela beach, very clean, the porter was nice, several places to eat.

The beds have wheels and the floor is tiled so if you rest your head on the headboard the bed starts rolling away, the wheels can’t be locked to keep the bed in place. Also the pool should be cleaned every day.

We loved the communal deck area.

The kitchen had the basic necessities, but a few more niceties would have exceeded my expectations.

This is a very nice place in Zicatela. It has a perfect location. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants, yet far enough to be away from the noise of the bars. The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the outside terrace.

Nothing. Initially we thought the noise of the street would bother us, but actually this was not the case at all. We had a really good stay! Would def recommend this place.
