Apartament Old Avlabar

Quite neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk from the metro/bus. About 20-25 minutes walk to the old city center. As we arrived in the middle of the night, the property owner stayed awake to make sure we smoothly get into the apartment. She wasn't at the property but was in contact with us by phone. She arranged that a neighbour of the apartment will meet and give us the key.

The apartment is located in an old neighbourhood which has some infrastructures problems occasionally. During one week stay we had twice water cut off and once gas (space heating, heating water and cooking) was off. It would have been nice to know in advance that such things can happen so that we would have prepared ourselves to such scenarios in advance and to know approximately how long the cut off will last (the owner receives SMSs from the municipality how long will the cut off last but you need to ask her). The bed mattresses are old and quite not comfortable.

Great place! Friendly and helpful owner. She was available 24/7, even when we didn't hope her to read our message. She provided us with everything we needed. They also offer transit from the airport. Good location. The room is just like in the photo.

Location was good, it is very clean and parking was very easy.

Hot water in shower did not work on the day we want to check out. She tried to solve the problem but it took a while. Luckily next unit was just emptied we used their bathroom but it was already used, I wouldnt prefer it if we were not in a hurry.

The apartment has everything you need while travelling, plenty of space, a friendly landlady, it was very clean and the price was very affordable.

Location was close to metro system and local shop. Susan was extremely helpful and organised a pick up from the airport

Super clean apartment located in a quiet street near the heart of Tbilisi and located a few minutes walking form Avalabari metro station. It's got everything you need for a longer stay too. It's got air conditioning as well and a fully equipped kitchen. Owners are nice and friendly. Slept like in my own house!

Everything was wonderful.Accommodation was cozy,clean,and everything that you need is provided.Susana is an amazing host!

A little bit noisy in the night (dogs, cars), but that's how it is in a capital city. It would be fine to obtain a new mattress (the springs were pushy, mattress was quite hard).
