Apartament Old Avlabar

Good hospitality, very nice and helpful owner, good communication. Good kichenet. Old house but well renovated . Very good location walking distance from the famous Samba cathedral, metro, and old city.

The room smells slightly from cigarette smoke. Needed to keep the window open. The mattresses are old and bumpy. Please replace it.

The location is great. Close to the centre The room was clean and there was a chance to check-in a bit earlier

There was no water one night till morning. The bathroom/toilet smells( there is a small window in there,which has to be kept open)

Excellent location - within walking distance to the historical city center. The room has everything you need - washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and more. Nice hosts.

It is noticeable that the furniture is not new. The TV did not work due to non-payment.

There is all needed utilities, quite enough space and good communicative host.

TV is really old and works slowly, also there was no water on a first day( but it is not hosts problem, all city had allert about it)

I love the room clean and comfortable cute. Feels like home.

the dogs are annoying.. plenty of dogs barking in the night.
