Very clean and great central location.

Guest must climb 50 spiral steps (with luggage) to reach the top apartment (unit #12). Unfortunately unit #12 kept having power and AC outages at various times of day AND night. When I reported it, I was instructed to flip the fuse box off and on again. This was very frustrating and I had to move out 2 days before my booking was scheduled to end. The owner didn’t take me seriously until I told him I was going to leave and report this to Bookings.com The property manager (female) was very kind and tried to help me, but it was too late and I felt unsafe at night with no power and extreme temps. I wish this had been a better experience. I do appreciate the owner refunding my last 2 nights (the nights I didn’t stay), but I had to ask for this more than once.

Very cramped! No room to put your suitcase etc, I think pics made it look a bit bigger than it was. The air con is very temperamental - door has to be shut to use it (which is fine although there is no information about this, we had to text and ask) but it still doesn’t react properly to the remote. It turned on and off of its own accord meaning we woke up boiling. The unit didn’t react to the remote when you turned it in and off or turned the temperature up/down. Maybe there was some fancy way to work it but there was no information about how to work it if so! We didn’t get any information about check in meaning we had to wait around when we arrived which wasn’t ideal after a day of travelling. However I have to say when I rang for help they were very helpful and soon texted over some details. The door code to our room initially didn’t work but she managed to remotely let us in and then fixed it quickly so customer service was very good.

Location is fantastic. Shower is fantastic. The balcony fantastic. Staff fantastic (really helpful even with stuff not directly related to the apartment). Everything cleaned to the max.

If you have difficulty to walk or have very heavy luggage, you might find access to the studio on the third floor a bit difficult (there’s a really tight spiral stair). I am a big guy so I found the bed a bit uncomfortable). The rest was perfect.
