Canterbury Black Horse Inn

Good position not too far from the city center. We got there using public transportation and had no problem, but if getting by car you have to consider that parking spots may be limited. The hotel is clean and calm, we enjoyed staying there and it has a nice garden which we didn't use because of being October, but I'm sure can be very enjoyable in the summer. Breakfast (both continental and english) was super.

The room wasn't very spacious (Room 11) for two people, as the only part where to leave the baggage is at the foot of the bed, and this makes reaching the opposite side difficult, unless both use the same side to get on it.

Le personnel hôtelier toujours très disponible pour résoudre tous les petits soucis du quotidien, comparable à un service de conciergerie personnalisé.

Le système de récupération des clefs peut apparaître compliqué, mais ce n'est pas insurmontable finalement.

Didn't stay. The room was cramped. Old covered pub. Could hear people above walking around their room.

Super leckeres, friscg zubereitetes Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, das, obwohl noch keine Heizperiode war, die Heizung zum Laufen gebracht hat, da es mir zu kalt war.

Das Zimmer befand sich im Keller, durch eine sehr schmale Treppe erreichbar und Kühlschrank und der einzige Sessel befand sich ca 50 cm höher als der Schlafbereich, 2 Treppenstufen. Ich hatte Angst , den Sessel zu nutzen um nicht runterzustürzen. Alles sehr beengt. Das Hotel ist sonst super und hat tollen Garten mit Sitz Möglichkeit. Werde auf jeden Fall noch mal im Sommer reisen, dann aber anderes Zimmer buchen.
