Studio Flat

The property was small but cosy, it basically had everything you needed, the sofa was big and comfy, the flat screen tv was a good size and came with an Amazon fire stick so I was able to log in and watch my things, but the best thing was the bed, It was extremely comfortable, it had a memory foam mattress and the bedding was clean and fresh, It was the best sleep id had in ages, they also had lots of clean towels and plenty space for clothes. The other great thing is, it's right on the high street so you have lots of shops and charity shops, there's also a fish and chip shop across the road, a Chinese takeaway right beside you and there's Greggs up the street to sit in and have lunch and a couple of pubs. Thank you so much Vicky for coming over to help with the boiler, and thank you so much for the biscuits you'd left for me that was so sweet of you 😊

I loved the property and it was perfect for one person

Very clean, comfortable bed, great water pressure for shower, free onsite parking, clear instructions & a very accommodating host.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The great location, comfy bed and good shower. The kitchen had washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc which is really helpful. Clean accommodation. The hosts are easily contacted and respond quickly to resolve any issues. As the repeat visitor the owner found out what my favourite sweets from the local sweet shop were and left me some, lovely gesture :)

There was a server issue with the WiFi but the owner got it resolved quickly. The sitting room light is quite dim.to read by but there is a beside Lamp.

Great for a short stay, and to use as a base to visit the area. Very good price. Had some gorgeous walks along the Montrose Coast. Bed was really comfy, sofa also mega comfy, esp after long walks! Easy to sort the boiler, WiFi and TV. Handy having free parking, and so many amenities close by. Vicky was very friendly and helpful.

Had to contact the host for directions to the flat and the car park. She immediately replied to my message and pinged over the precise location. Only a very minor inconvenience, but I think sending the location with initial instructions would have been helpful, as looking at the reviews, it seems nobody can find the parking. Other than that, I had no issues and the place was ideal for me.
