Garden room

Lovely little room with the use of a small courtyard garden The shower was very good The location was close to all amenities.

Taps on the bathroom sink had not been cleaned. Grout needs cleaning/replacing around the shower area. Two rather large rocking chairs in the bedroom took up a lot of space and weren't really necessary.

Very quiet and comfortable nice decor. Plenty of different tea coffee and milk. Toiletries provided. Lots of hanging space.

Would have liked a small fridge. I know it would have to be a mini fridge due to space.

Located in exmouth itself was ideal for me as I was only 10 minutes from where I was needed to be. Decor maybe a little tired looking but was very cosy. No complaints at all. Plenty towels and shampoo, which I’d forgotten 👍🏻

Entering via the side lane was a bit different and never saw any of the owners on my stay

It was ok

Comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. Plenty of USB ports was helpful. Very clean. Tea & coffee provided, including herbal teas. Outside space to sit in the sun was appreciated. 1 hr free parking outside, and free on road parking within 5 minutes walk.

It would be good if there was a hairdryer.

Peacefull no noise nice location.

No parking .should have supplied guest permit .but parked in pub forecourt across road and bought 5 beers
