Allt var bra

The staff without a doubt were the reason we enjoyed the property. Everyone was helpful and our host Mel provided info and assistance to help us enjoy our stay. He also upgraded our room. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked very nice. The breakfasts were huge and provided a lot of selection. For us it was way too much but some may enjoy having the choices. The hotel is close to the walk in entrance to the terraces and close to restaurants and shops. There is parking in site

We found the hotel reception area and our room to be dark. Even with all lights on in our room it was dim. The room fridge didn’t work (apparently no room fridges work due to the electrical outlet). Ice wasn’t available but we didn’t get to leave our drinks in the hotels main fridge. There was a kettle provided but nowhere near the counter to plug it in. We went down with our thermal water bottle to get hot water. Pamukkale mostly has day trippers so for us it was great to get out early to beat the crowds. In the evening most restaurants are empty which we found to be unfortunate for many who had business to run

Awful Experience

The receptionist and owner were extremely rude. The tone of speech was arrogant and no customer service when we arrived at the property. The hotel is a bit far from main town about 10-15 mins walk. They refused to give us breakfast with a fraction of two minutes when we came back from Balloon ride. The person shouted in loud voice “No” and other people who were busy eating breakfast started looking towards us. There could be a polite way if they wanted to refuse serving breakfast being two minutes late. But they Donot have any courtesy at all. Pamukkale is beautiful but this hotel stay ruined our experience of Tervatines. They should learn some manners and provide good customer service with the hefty amount they charge.

The place was very conveniently positioned. The room was large and very comfortable bed. We had one of the best Turkish breakfasts and the recommended restaurant which they gave us a lift too, was the best Turkish meal we had over the whole trip.

It was a bit too cool in mid may to use the wonderful looking pool.

Lage ideal für den Besuch von Hierapolis samt den Sinterterrassen - 10 Minuten zufuß. Hotelausstattung gut, Betten sehr bequem, Frühstück riesig! Kann auf der Terrasse über dem Pool eingenommen werden. Schöner Blick und ruhig bei nach hinten gelegenen Zimmern.

Hotel direkt an der Hauptzufahrtstraße. Bei Zimmern nach vorne auch nachts laut. Mein Wunsch nach ruhig gelegenem Zimmer wurde erst nach der ersten Nacht zur Kenntnis genommen. Dann Zimmer nach hinten - siehe oben! :))

We were made to feel most welcome the moment we walked in with staff greeting us as we passed. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, we didn’t need to eat again until the evening.
