Location and Cleanliness

Parking: I was disappointed to find that parking is unavailable for guests who book through third-party sites like Booking.com. This policy feels unfair to paying customers. Mini-bar: The mini-bar options were quite limited. Expanding the selection would be much more convenient than having to call and wait for room service.

Location is great. A lot of cafes and food available within sky city. We are at the Grill for dinner and had the most amazing dining experience. Food was excellent and service superb! Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds super comfy.

The smell in the lobby? Was a bit weird.

Enjoy staying at sky city. We stay here at least 4-6 times per year. Best location because its close to Aotea Square, Countdown, The Warehouse and my family favourite the Noodle place. Rooms are standard and generally feel clean.

Nothing that I can think of. Although wish we could get passes up the Sky Tower as part of our booking - I remember this used to be a thing but not anymore.
