Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre en constatant qu’elle était sale : pisse autour du toilette, lentilles sèches sur le sol, une tonne de cheveux et de crasse sur le carlage, la poubelle n’avait pas été vidé et l’état de la douche etait vraiment très sale, regardez les photos. Nous sommes partie 1 nuit plus tôt car la chambre était infestée de fourmis et nos valise aussi. Le propriétaire a proposé de nous rembourser que 50€ sur un séjour à 220€, alors que nous sommes partis 1 jour plus tôt.

Everything else. Aircon not working, no kettle to warm water, no one at receipt ion, old breakfast sitting there for 2 days,

We really appreciated the kindness of owner - Sergio, he was always helpful, the room was clean, breakfast tasty and the view on the terasse was really amazing.

The view on the terrace. Property was special. Very nice staff. Free parking. Ample beds.

Very off the beaten path, a car is highly recommended. Not many restaurants nearby, only one restaurant beside who charge high for a cover charge per person, one of the highest I paid in Italy and the food was just ok. It was very hot when we came and put the AC low on 24 as the room was hot and the AC takes long to cool. When we got back we found someone entered the room to not clean anything but just close AC. I understand lots of energy costs but the price for this apartment is very high versus others in the area and a room is meant to be comfortable. At the price of the room itself for 2 nights you can easily pay your summer AC bill. I’m aware of the rates as I’m an engineer in the field. It’s the only downside of the room I can think of. A good fresh breakfast included in the price would have made it more memorable for the area.
