"I felt misled by photos; the bathroom was old with poor water and ants, €100 per night is to much"

Ability to switch rooms: The user was ultimately able to change rooms, which is a positive outcome for a negative situation.

1) The pictures did not accurately represent the reality of the accommodation, with everything looking older than depicted. 2) Unsatisfactory Bathroom: - The bathroom specifically looked nice in photos but was disappointing in reality. - Low water pressure in the shower. - Old and unreplaced shower head. 3) Presence of ants in the bath room. 4) Not good value for money: I paid €100 per night, but felt the true value, considering the issues, was closer to €50-60 per night for the region in Italy.

"Nice stay with amazing terrace view"

The terrace view is amazing. The accommodation was clean and had all the features needed to spend some nights there.

The shower needs to be replaced. The relationship between price and quality is not so fair compared to other similar places we stayed in Italy.

"Great stay in the monastery"

The location and the experience of staying in a monastery were amazing. The room was quite nice for the price paid. There’s a small terrace with a view, and it was easy to find a parking spot.

Breakfast was quite poor, but overall OK.
