Groveside Holiday Lets

Lovely, extremely central location on the beach front. Clean and welcoming property with the basic amenities provided (which is extremely helpful for a short stay!). The host was professional and offered us an early check in when the property was ready with no extra charge. I would definitely recommend staying in this cosy cottage.

A little sand on the floor when we first arrived, must I imagine it is hard to keep clean!

Location. Flat very spacious

View from flat not spectacular, but I was out walking all day so that did not really bother me. Could not get the TV to work.Found the controls confusing.

The location was ideal- beach only a short walk away, plenty of things to do in area, parking is a bit of an issue. Would be better if permits could be provided or could park outside property.

That it had cooking facilities and 2 bedroom/2bathroom. Good communication from owners- finding keys and check in/out times. However the floors was black (as I didn’t wear shoes and my feet looked like I’d done a trek outside) the sofas needs a deep clean as there is dog hair all down the sides and underneath cushions. And mattresses/pillows need replacing. Mattress really hard and pillows are way too thin. Also every surface was sticky from whatever product the cleaner is using to clean (dining table, coffee table, bedroom furniture)

Easy to access seafront and town.

Great central location and really spacious. Beds comfy and whole place was clean and had everything we needed.

Would be great if there was another shower.

Excellent apartment, great location. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Personal preference for a shower cubicle rather than a wet room set up, but that's minor and didn't affect the trip as I enjoyed a bath!

Lovely place with everything you need. The beach is basically at the end of the driveway and great value for money!
