Groveside Holiday Lets

Absolutely everything , we really enjoyed this stay here , there was everything you need ,even for the dog even doggy treats

The parking , but we did know there was no parking on site , but all along the seafront was motor homes which made it impossible to park ,and they did not move all weekend ,

How close to the seafront the property is.

The property was not very clean for example, dining table sticky, floors and skirting not very clean and TV also. Towels provided were ok before showering then they smelled of dampness, maybe provide new towels that are conditioned for guests. Also the mop provided in the ensuite to clean up excess water was full of hairs so did not use it.

The property was in a great location, right near the sea front. It was lovely and clean with a nice big sitting area.

The 2nd bedroom was very poky, albeit en suite - it was possibly OK for one at a push, but definitely not for two. The main bedroom was sunny and spacious but would have benefited from a shower - there seemed to be a shower fitting near the bath taps but no attachment which would have been really handy.

Location, convenient for beach,promenade and Saltburn facilities.

Basic cleaning could be better.
