Family house in happy farm

Very friendly owner who’s is welcoming and the location is really nice far away from city but also close enough to work or holiday etc plus the animals are nice I’ve taken many photos & will be back in the future

It’s close to my work but also very peaceful so nice to get out of the city & the staff are very nice

I like the privacy and the country outlook. Seeing the bunnies running around and the sound of nature. The shower and the amenities are great. Having a washer and dryer to use at no extra cost is great. Very very basic accommodation. It's quirky in the sense that there are soft toys everywhere which one guest thought they were free souvenirs. I don't think they are but it looks almost like you're staying in their kids play room.

Be aware that there isn't much parking especially if all 5 rooms are booked out to 5 separate people. You'd have to block each other in. The owner parks right outside the front door which I think should be left for guest parking. Although this place is set at a really affordable price it doesn't mean that the cleanliness standard should be below average and it is below average. I didn't feel the place was very clean on my 1st nights stay and was glad to have my own bedding. On my 2nd night stay my feeling of nothing being cleaned was proven right as my towels were still in the bathroom, my room hadn't been touched in the way of linen been cleaned etc. I had requested the same room but upon arrival on my 2nd night changed my mind knowing that nothing had been freshened up. The rubbish bin over flowing with the same rubbish as when I'd left that morning and the owners washing left in the washing machine as I helped another guest with how to use the washer abs dryer. Some won't mind being left to having the place to yourself but attention to hygiene needs a major improvement. And some more kitchen supplies I would recommend as well

The bath tub. The room with a spa outside. The private outdoor area to my room. The scenery. Super comfortable bed. Very clean.

Was a bit unsure what to do. The mum who greeted me was not english speaking.

Looked like a house was converted into some sort of boarding house with shared very bland facilities. I walked out ! No English spoken by a very brash older woman of Asian features. Would have to be the worst I have seen.
