The location is exceptional.

Food should be either continental or Indian. The fusion was not well made. Also it has so much history. But apart from a few pictures, didn’t feel that they are proud of their history. They should arrange tours, lectures. So many foreign guests come. I am not sure how much history is told to them. Surely we weren’t told anything. We found out from other sources.

The Kitchen staff was very efficient and accommodative

The Management Staff needs more co-ordination amongst themselves. Planning activities for guests and requests need to be relayed and communicated better within themselves.

Beautiful property and excellent staff. The experience created for meals was excellent as was the boat ride organised by the hotel.

The property requires a lot of restoration work and lacks maintenance. Found cobwebs and dust. Food was pathetic and highly overpriced.
