The room was dirty. Bed linen was dirty and bathroom fittings were broken with water leaking.

Breakfast was very good, Nice Location,

Toilet Bathing area comes first, which making whole toilet wet, there is an Architecht mistake, which should have been taken care before designed toilet, Dark tiles are much used in walls and flooring, which could have been avoided.

It is a good hotel. A new property which is why the number of reviews is less. But they have put in very good door systems, Good ACs. The washrooms were clean as well.

The breakfast menu was a limited. That is something the hotel should work on. But overall, good property.

Location and facilities

No water in wash rooms, breakfast was below average , in room dining is pathetic , you have remind at least 3 times for tea as well .inexperienced staff . They are spoiling the name of Jharkhand. Overall very bad management.

The location and the staff management especially the interaction with the owner Mr. Mukesh. He strives to make his guests happy. Good job sir.
