Clean bathroom. Polite staff.

Efficiency was low. Wifi is unusable hence the TV was useless. They tried without success. The worst part was they wrongly billed my food. Agreed to refund the money through upi but did not do so even after reminder by phone and whatsapp. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Housekeeping service was very good. Front staff in the morning was rude and impolite

Rooms charged for i.e quadraple rooms were not given. Instead a small room was offered where the 3 rd person had to sleep on the mattress put on the floor. Money was also not refunded nor effort was made to upgrade the room. How can a booking be taken for a particular room and allotted to some person on the pretext that the last boarder extended their stay?? Booking.com should take up the matter seriously with the hotel and refund to be passed on

Lack of cleanliness Hot water wasn’t there , There was no towel . Waited 1 hour for milk Most silly thing ever seen remove the toaster from buffet How does one toast the bread.

Everything! False images as compared to the reality . Very very bad maintenance of the hotel .
