Clean / friendly staff / good location / nice spacious room

Voice leakage from other rooms . I meant walls are very thin or not used concrete etc coz other room family sound you can hear very clearly

Brand new property & Food in the restaurant

Linen & towels full of stains and staff is bit disorganised due to no proper supervision & guidance.

Entire facilities was good but only washroom need more space

Breakfast was good, Staff in restaurants are quite helpful. Hotel property is new one.

Bed linen & towels full of strains had to request multiple times for change,No proper accountability in management.They will have to do a lot as many small things are not provided like Ironing board,face towels, bath mats……many more.Water heating systems is a big issue flow of hot water is for a very short time then only ice cold water in taps, Had to take showers in cold water in winter.This is very serious issue that management has to look in top priority.
