The room was nice with a balcony. The breakfast is fine.

The loft room has very steep narrow steps for access which we found could be dangerous, so not recommended for people with mobility problems. It has a balcony does overlook the beautiful mountain but also a large industrial type garage. The location is a fair way out from the centre. Beware if the host offers to cook you a meal the prices for the food and drink are restaurant prices. Was disappointed in this. Please note the room is in the family home and not really separate.We recommend one stay in Nuwara Eliya as there is not much to do.

Very welcoming hosts who gave us excellent dinner and breakfast and offered us tips and assistance with what to do and transportation.

Breakfast and privacy

The best traditional dinner and breakfast we have had in Sri Lanka. Lovely family and felt very happy staying there. Easy to catch local bus into town. Definitely would recommend

Super Nice family and really cozy home

We loved our stay at Cozy Heaven! Lovely family, comfortable bed, great breakfast and dinner. We also bought a trip to three different waterfalls and tea factory from Sanjaya, which was also great and reasonably priced compared to other options. Sanjaya also helped us to get seats on the train to Ella, because we didnt have reserved seats. He also gave us really good tips for the rest of our journey! Thank you to the whole family and all the best! :)

The price of laundry is determined by the amount of different clothing items so take this into account. They will provide the prices when asked, we just weren't aware of this.
