Cozy Heaven

Kind, genuine people. The whole family welcomed us. The food was delicious. It felt like a home away from home. Every aspect of our stay at Cosy Heaven surpassed expectations.

If you're looking for the most authentic homestay experience in Sri Lanka, look no more! This is truly a little gem, Sanjaya and his family are incredibly kind, respectful, humble, and helpful in every way. Interacting with them was delightful. The room is big, bright, cozy, and has a nice balcony. Breakfast and dinner are an absolut highlight in Sri Lankan homemade cuisine – make sure to try the rice and curry!

The room was so comfortable and cosy for us to enjoy the space, Sanjaya and his family were so welcoming and made us feel right at home, the home cooked meals were great and made it very convenient for us, We did the tour with Sanjaya around to visit the waterfalls, tea factory and the city centre, I highly recommend this It was a great stay and couldn’t recommend this more for anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya

Our one night stay at Cozy Heaven was lovely. The whole family was so nice, super happy to help us and we had great conversations. The room was absolutely perfect - cozy and had everything we needed. We slept so well in the bed. The food was AMAZING, their rice and curry is a must! Thank you so much, we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and will also come back.

Felt like home staying with a lovely family! They will help you with anything :) The room is spacious and the balcony offers a great view towards Nuwara Eliya and the mountains. Thanks again for a very warm and welcoming stay. Hope to keep in touch.

Have a lovely stay here, it was so cozy. The family were so kind and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious and the shower was powerful and warm!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The host family were so welcoming and kind, and helped us with planning our holiday, not just in Nuwara Eliya but all over Sri Lanka. They also introduced us to a great guide for hiking and transport to Ella. The house and room are exactly as described, the bed really comfortable and the shower the best we experienced in our whole trip.

We stayed here for a day and feeling like it was too less to live there , host is as amazing,, they made us feel like family ,hospitality was wow, he explained our cab driver to the route so it can save our time ,breakfast was too yummy, room was so neat and tidy, view from the room is way too amazing , Last but not the least worth the name cozy heaven it was really a cozy home.

Best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. Sanjaya and his family are so friendly and service minded. He picked us up at the train station and spent the day showing us some great places, including a tea factory. They also offered us dinner, which was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place, it’s really a cozy heaven. Thank you for having us!

Everything was perfect.

Cozy heaven is a 1 room homestay run by mother and daughter. Very clean room. Hot shower. Small balcony with a great view and lovely breakfast.

Laundry service and home cooked meals were out of proportion priced. Did 1 big laundry and had to pay 17 euros, which is insane and left us with a bad feeling. Although when we made clear of our dissatisfaction, they offered to give the money back.
