Please note that valet parking is not available. A discounted parking fee of £20 for 24 hours is available on pre-booking with NCP. Please contact the hotel directly for instructions on how to obtain this discount. Use of the poolside and thermal areas is always monitored to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. The property operates a 60-minute booking window for use on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and at busy times. Children swim times apply between 07:30 and 09:00, and between 17:30 and 19:00, from Monday to Friday, and between 07:30 and 09:00 and between 17:30 and 18:30, on Saturdays and Sundays. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The relaxation pool and whirlpool close 30 minutes prior to closing times. Guests staying in the hotel can access the relaxation pool, thermal areas and gym. Please Note The spa will be closed from 6pm on June 26th for essential maintenance work. The gym will still be open for use. A pre-authorization of GBP 50 per room per night is required on arrival for incidentals. This is released upon check-out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Stunning place

Hotel was lovely room was nice but would have preferred a room with an actual view to the front side, did request this but was still given another room without a view. Also didn’t get to use the spa facilities as it was fully booked to say the hotel is so massive can only accommodate up to 10 people for the spa. Staff was lovey and friendly. Doesn’t seem to cater any halal options went and had a look at breakfast but they had pork sausages right next to something else and staff was a bit unsure when asking about the different food options which was a big put of so didn’t eat anything from the hotel.

"A great choice for a stay in Manchester"

Lovely hotel with an interesting history. We did not pay extra for breakfast but did use the bar which is very nice. My husband used the gym a few times and said it was good. It is in a great location near to many bars and restaurants.

We stayed three nights and was told we could use the spa for one hour during the trip which needed to be pre booked. This consisted of pool, sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi was not working and there are no loungers around the pool. We did not pay for any treatments. Check out is early at 11am.

"A must, when staying in Manchester."

The entrance of the hotel and the main bar were as exceptional as expected. The position of the hotel is excellent. The staff were as professional as we were expecting.

There was a broken tile in the bathroom and some liquid drops on the tiles.
