We got an upgrade from Jade and Morgen from guest relations after small incidents which was immensely appreciated!!! The location is so perfectly located and really gives a good vibe!

Its an amazing building,rooms are really spacious and comfy

Bathrooms are a little dated

The decor was nice and subtle , the staff were kind and helpful

There wasn’t anything to pick at we stayed the night and only used the hotel to sleep but we didn’t come across anything we could grumble about

Loved the ambience , decor and all staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Poppy and Gemma were wonderful on reception and are a real credit to the team.

We noticed some stains on the bathroom tiles - when I started to wipe would have come away . I showed the pictures to Poppy and she was v apologetic and reported to housekeeping. The larger one was cleaned , but two higher up on the tiles were still there. It wasn't what we'd expect from such a hotel. In the Pool area only two out of the 4 thermal shower heads were working properly.

The staff and reception bar area was great and very classy.

The room. Considering the amount paid for an upgrade the lack of attention to detail was astounding. Carpets were scuffed and contain many marks. A lot of the decor had chips in and/or borderline broken. It just did not feel like a classy hotel once you left the lobby. The price of the drinks downstairs was wild.
