Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié, l'emplacement de l'établissement, idéalement situé loin du tumulte de la place Jemaa el-Fna, le calme des lieux ainsi que les deux piscines très agréables.

Établissement avec une belle touche marocaine luxueuse et authentique. Personnel professionnel et très courtois. Équipements de qualité et cadre très calme et propice à la détente et la relaxation. Je recommande fortement. Personnellement je l'ai mis dans mes favoris pour une prochaine visite à marrakech.

Couverture wi-fi limitée loin de l'acceuil, sinon tout était parfait.

The location is good, far from the noise. The staff are very professional, helpful and nice. The food was delicious..the service was good as well. I recommend anyone who wants to spend a calm and relaxing holiday to stay at the Palace Jena and enjoy the time there.
