Clear instructions and easy to access the property

We booked last-minute due to a change of plans -- we were just looking for a room, and felt very lucky to find this flat! The central location was ideal for us, and we appreciated the kitchen facilities, comfy bed, TV, WiFi, etc.

My partner did say he was struggling a bit to shave and wash his face in the small bathroom sink.

Close proximity to town centre, very clean throughout, ease of access via key safe

No mattress topper for sofabed despite a poster saying it was on top of wardrobe! Also, description of property made no mention of an oven, just a microwave, only to find there was a stand-alone oven (brand new) on the ledge - I’d purposely only brought microwaveable food so that was a bit disappointing.

Location- amazing. Quiet. Quirky layout. Kitchen is well-equipped. Good communication.

Whole apartment was pretty cold, and I couldn't see how to turn any heating on. However I didn't contact the number to ask- maybe this would have been easily rectified. The main room could do with being made cosier, it feels a little office-like, except it has a kitchen in it. Some nicer soft furnishings would help. This isn't a place that has nice views (which is totally fine) but the view of the courtyard garden was of mess... old plant pots/compost bags/bits of rubbish which was a shame

Excellent location. Maisonette had everything we needed. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Ideal for couples and short stays.

Sofa was not the most comfortable. Gravitated to centre unless you sat at the end of the seats. Think it was a sofa bed so may have been cause of poor support in the centre. Did question the need for full size dishwasher when there was only crockery/cutlery for two. Perhaps just filling a gap!

Very clean, great location

Nothing. Only minor gripe would be lack of storage space for clothes, only one smallish wardrobe
