Russet Lodge Apartment

Location was very good, apartment is spacious and comfortable

we had not received the information how to get into the apartment. This because it was a school exchange trip and accommodation was booked by our school. Due to mistake from the school we did not get the check-in information. We tried to contact the direct phone number and the man on the phone did not think with us and snapped at us saying he sent the information twice and we should check our booking.com app. We ended being outside for two hours, arriving at 21.00 and eventually at 23.00 managed to get someone from booking.com in the uk who actually listened to our problem and was willing to help us. Frankly, the apartment is perfect but arriving in the evening being tired from travelling and finding the host is grumpy and not willing to listen to the actual problem let alone trying to help you was really off-putting.

Great location where you can find supermarket, restaurants/cafes and a shopping mall. Helpful host who answer questions and resolve requests in time. If carefully look at the check-in instructions, everything is clear. I liked balcony/terrace to courtyard where you can rest without much city noise.

Cleanliness is subjective perception, so for me it was not clean as expected: floor, dishes in the kitchen, one of the bed sheets. Regarding the bed sheets: thanks to host who replaced full set of them almost immediately.

both mattresses are very hard and the beds make noise every time you move, the procedure to enter the apartment is also unclear and misleading, with just simpler directions, with a few photos to be able to facilitate the key recovery operation
