"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge, even though we mostly was out for the day, best locatio"

Location was ideal, shops and mall close by, easy access to most of the sightseeing places

Think the hosts could have been a bit more interactive, respond time to msgs was delayed and also maintenance and repairs could have been done before our check-in, since we mentioned it the day we checked in, main bedroom and shower was lovely but bed was not comfortable because of the broken base and there was a broken chair as well.

The management team is PROPER!!!!! Responsive, friendly, well trained!

All the things I did not like aren't that serious and could act more as recommendations to the host but will refrain from sharing in case the review is made public, cant tell on this app.

The fact that you overbooked the apartment and couldn't find d us anywhere to stay. I was absolutely disgusted with Booking.com and would not recommend them to anyone
