A hidden gem in Marrakech, exceptional staff and outstanding value. From the moment we arrived, the reception team set the tone for the entire trip. Achraf, Hasna, Hoyan and Sama welcomed us with warmth and genuine professionalism — always attentive, always smiling, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The housekeeping and maintenance team were equally impressive. Rooms were spotless every day and the common areas always beautifully kept. Abdessamad stood out for his dedication, and the lovely Khadija, one of the cleaners, brought such warmth and cheerfulness to every interaction, a truly special presence in the hotel. The facilities are outstanding for this category: three pools, lush gardens, a restaurant and a café serving wonderful fresh juices and smoothies. The location is not central, but that’s honestly a bonus, a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of the medina, while still easy to reach. And for the price? The value is exceptional. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!
