The atmosphere and calmness

The tea cups were not cleaned and there was no dustbin in the bedroom. Also hot water kettle was not there.

Breakfast was fresh and good menu. Great location. The room sizes are bigger and better than I expected. Overall, a very enjoyable trip!

Rooms were very good with nice interior finish. New and clean rooms with nice washrooms.

Staff could improve. Didn't even offer to take the bags to upstairs rooms for my elderly parents. Tried to overcharge us for a water bottle.
