Not clean

The staff was very friendly, we had a couple of evening meals there. The food was value for money and very tasty indeed

The room was basic but ok. We had to use a shared bathroom. It is need of a lick of paint The only down side is you can't have a cooked full English breakfast till after 1130hrs.

it is the worse hotel we have stayed ..the room was very dusty and dirty..the shower and toilet was behind a screen (no wall or door)which wasn't long enough to fit and when you try and close the screen it almost fell on the floor.we had no hot water and no heating..we went into the bar and when seated we seen a lot of cobwebs and dust especially round the lamp and going up the wall in the corner on the window sill.we chose not to eat there and found else where.as we were leaving the bar to go outside there were people sitting there smoking WEED .there is no lighting on the outside of the pub or on carpark.the beer garden round the back would look nice if they kept the up keep of it..there are rusty chairs and grass over grown.need a sign to say long drop on other side of wall for when you have children stay.it is not disability friendly as there are alot of steps and stairs to climb.the staff had told us we could have a full English breakfast at 12.00 (that is lunch time for us) or have a continental if we wanted it earlier.we asked for continental but after seeing the dirt and dust we chose to leave without eating and go elsewhere..very disappointed 😞

Nice rooms and the shower in the room made it much more comfortable than shared bathroom

Hallway and entrance was not the nicest but can’t complain for the price

No curtains, broken window, paper hanging of the walls and generally run down.
