Absolutely nothing!

Dirty, of very very poor repair. Breakfast not served 12pm, continental a joke, instant porridge, muffin, mouldy strawberries in a filthy fridge, stagnant water in the kettle, water in a reusable bottle going green. Shower 800mm x 800m square, hot water took 10 minutes to warm to luke warm. Dirty sheets not ironed, lumpy mattress, stained and filthy pillows. Not hoovered, dusty, cobwebs. Mould on ceiling with water leak.

Breakfast at 12 Noon! Continental breakfast was a porridge pot and cheap muffin. We had no kettle so couldn't eat porridge, the coffee machine was broken. The shower was cold and had no pressure, one bulb had gone, clock had no batteries. Bathroom had no privacy. Description was misleading, no patio etc. Not good value for £77.

Staff were fabulous.

We ordered a twin room and got a double bed. Not ideal

The 2x young girls working behind the bar and managing food and bookings were very helpful and polite.

Really run down pub. Dirty and lacking care or attention. Food was terrible. The meal in the pub was cheap but very low quality. No cooked breakfast available until 12.00pm! Porridge pot and a muffin as an alternative.....having paid for B+B?!?! Room not well cleaned. Very disappointing. Find somewhere else....

The room was very dirty and dusty, bedding wasn't clean and mould on blinds. Smell off chip oil coming through vent.. One window never opened the other you couldn't shut. Never stated the second night.. Managed to get refund for that night.. Breakfast not until 12pm!! You could have cereal though... Needs much improvement. Staff seemed nice

Breakfast at 12 midday. It is fine if that is what they want but need to tell potential punters. I have emailed booking .com awaiting reply
