The rooms do not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. When we arrived, there were a pair of false lashes on the floor in one of the bathrooms of the room. The hallway floor was gross, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years...debris and stains everywhere. Beds and sheets were clean so at least there was that. Spend time and money to go to the store and purchase cleaners to sanitize bathrooms and other surfaces.

USTo be honest... my daughter and I were taken aback very soon after we checked in. The elevators were not working as they should have. Of the group of 3 in the smaller tower where our room had been assigned, the elevator on the left was totally out. The one on the far right stayed lit on the 16th floor. My daughter had noticed that earlier. We took the middle elevator up to our 8th floor assigned room with part of our belongings. One the way down to get more of our items from our car... at the 4th floor the elevator stopped/BANGED, jolting us... and very frightened. No other guests were in this elevator at the time. The door remained closed. We were not sure what to do, but then hit the red Emergency button on the panel. Nothing happened. We waited in silence what to do next for help. There was nothing. We decided to hit the Open button for the 4th floor and thank our Lord... the door did open. I pushed my daughter out and we both got out as rapidly as we could. We were very shook up, to say the lease. We walked down the staircase to the front desk and told Dani, who was there at the time. Her response to our scare was really that much. I don't know why we then took her suggestion to book a room on the 4th floor., which we did. As we discussed this change, we decided not to stay...,by using the stairs the entire 2 day stay. We removed our things out of the original room using the stairs. We never looked back!!!!!!!! We knew we would not trust your elevators again and lost our money, we had paid through Bookings. IT WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE LOSS FOR US!!!!!
