"Casa decisamente insalubre - odore insopportabile"

L unica cosa positiva e' la posizione e abbastanza centrale. 10 min a piedi dalla piazza del popolo e 20 dalla stazione

La casa e' al piano o terra e oltre alla porta d'ingresso non ha altre aperture, nessuna finestra. Di conseguenza l odore di muffa e di umidità e' decisamente i sopportabile oltre ad essere poco salubre. E' impossibile dormire in camera da letto a causa dell odore ho dovuto dormire sul divano in soggiorno posizionato davanti alla porta finestra aperta. Credo che una casa in queste condizioni non abbia i requisiti minimi per l abitabilità.

Abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi

La casa era carina e ben tenuta. Pulizia top. Ma alla fine è un garage rifatto. Nessuna finestra e ricambio di aria. Abbiamo dormito una notte e andava più che bene, ma rapporto qualità prezzo troppo elevato
