Calm place near to Airport and Aluva Railway station. Very neat two bedroom apartment. Tasty food

Excellent communication from the property. Warm Reception with smile (Navya). Tasty food of our choice (Ajitha). Clean linen and towels. Helpful staff.

No lift and we senior citizens had difficulty in moving to rooms and from rooms. We had rooms on 2nd floor. Certain minor but important aspects such as : water drain blockage in wash room, functioning of A/c remote.

I stayed here as a stopover between places, and it was perfect. Lovely quiet location, excellent facilities, and very helpful staff, who rustled up an evening meal for me as well as the included breakfast. A hand drawn ferry allows access to the organic seed farm on the opposite bank, which is worth a look if you're not in a rush.

I liked it all.

the room was clean and with everything you may need. the food was really amazing: spicy but delicate at the same time. everything was perfect! highly recommended also if you have to leave early from the cochin airport (only 15 minutes) and you want to chill by the pool a little bit before departure!

Spacious enough room, good dining area. Amazing breakfast. Calm and quiet environment. Nearby access to hotels, pharmacy, theatre etc. Amazing staff. Pool accessible. Loved it and will visit again.

Bathroom is congested. Everything else including the toiletries are perfect.
