Beautiful, stunning location close to the nature; nice, helpful, hospitable and flexible staff; clean room, very comfortable bed.

The room and especially the bathroom is small. Would be nice to have mosquito net on the windows as due to the location there are lot of insects. I prefer to sleep with open window instead of using AC or fan.

"Peaceful stay on the river with delicious food and very comfortable room."

The breakfast was incredible, home cooked curries delivered to the room. The location was very peaceful on the river, it was very quiet and the place has a nice energy. The pool is shaded and amazing on a hot day! The staff were super friendly and helpful and I also had a really good ayurvedic treatment there.

No complaints! A balcony would be nice

We spent one night stay in this lovely hotel, located beside the river and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Besides the hotel rooms, the Vajra Periyar Heritage offers several treatments and yoga sessions in an ayurvedic clinic. We experienced a very good and helpful service from the friendly hotel staff. For a stay in the hotel, I recommend also to visit the nearby Seed Farm Aluva, located on an island in the river.
