Fantastico soggiorno in una camera che sembrava una casa sull'albero. L'ambientazione è curata nei minimi dettagli a livello ecologico e il personale assolutamente gentile e disponibile. Siamo riusciti anche ad assistere in notturna alla deposizione di uova sulla spiaggia da parte di una tartaruga marina: impagabile!

La presenza di sargasso sulla spiaggia che ha reso il mare impraticabile, ma è un problema naturale che affligge tutta la costa.

Truly incredible stay. The staff were so amazing, I was treated how I imagine celebrities must be when they travel. The rooms were gorgeous, the coffee, cookies, water and towels were beautiful touches, and I loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. For the value we were able to see the town and eat at excellent restaurants and still spend less than an all inclusive.

It was perfect. If I had to change anything I would ask for 1) curtains, so I didn’t have to choose between sunlight and privacy 2) a fridge for leftovers and keeping water cold 3) a handheld shower head because I did struggle to wash my hair with the rain shower. But honestly these aren’t event complaints, I had a wonderful time

This was the second hotel we stayed in while visiting Mexico. The setting is phenomenal and its beach side location seems to be the only place that seaweed doesn’t accumulate - a nice nature-provided perk. However, it’s the staff which made the difference here. One of our group unfortunately sprained their foot on Tulum’s ‘footpaths’ and required hospital attention. The staff were absolutely phenomenal, quickly providing ice, calling a clinic and organising a taxi to take us there. Luckily the injury wasn’t as severe as initially thought - however we were so indebted to the staff during our stay. They followed up with us multiple times during our stay to ensure we were ok. We’ll never forget the kindness and care provided to us.

The hotel is beautiful with a stunning setting. However there isn’t much of an atmosphere in the evenings, the bar is empty and not many stay around. That’s not for want of trying, on the hotels part, as they regularly organise events (check their insta for info). The location means that you’ll inevitably hear heavy base music from a nearby restaurant/bar. We found that it quickly became a background hum as the week went on - but if you like your sleep perhaps ask for a beach side room.
