Everything was perfect

Oh my what bohemian, chic vibe, and service we received. Beach is the best in Delek by far in Tulum compared to other boutique hotels. 10 Stars for the service, the cleanliness and staff.

From the front desk to the wait staff, all the staff are very helpful, kind and friendly. The coffee to the room in the morning is a great touch. The food and drinks are generally awesome. Everything we ate and drank were delicious. The room is spacious and very beautifully designed. In fact, the entire hotel is very well designed and decorated. The beach is also very nice.

Noise... noisy... extremely noisy. The hotel is located in between three night clubs/restaurants. If you're staying in one of the rooms closer to the street, you will not get any sleep until 1am. They were able to move us to another room after we complained about the noise, it was quieter but still noisy. Sleeping has been an issue the entire time unfortunately. You'd expect to be able to relax in pricey boho hotel like this.

The property was amazing. The beachfront access, jungle cabanas, ocean view. The interior decor is gorgeous and fits in with the Tulum eco chic vibe. The room was very clean, air conditioning worked very well, the shower was very warm. I loved the little wrap around veranda with a hammock and chairs where I could have my morning coffee. The beach club is fantastic and the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I found myself returning to Delek each day to enjoy the beach from there as I thought it had the best service and atmosphere for a chilled but vibes day on the beach. The beach club also isn’t too big so it doesn’t ever feel overcrowded and is nestled in beautiful palm trees with a lovely pool by the bar.

Although the property is gorgeous, it is situated close to a number of clubs/bars that are particularly loud. I stayed in room 19 and had read reviews saying it is loud - but being the closest room to the street it really was very disturbing. I could hear the lyrics to the songs it was so loud. That said, I put my noise cancelling headphones in and it didn’t bother me too much but is something to consider if you want a relaxing, quiet break.

Beautiful location , we enjoyed really much , jungle surrounding was magical ! People around here full of positive vibes , staff was friendly and welcoming! Gracias 🙏

The location is great. We were close to some of the best restaurants in the ZH. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The beach vibe is great. We loved how the beach club is set up.

Because it’s close to some of the big clubs, there is a lot of noise at night, most times until 1 am.
