This place is beyond beautiful. We loved the atmosphere there and we enjoyed every moment. The place is very trustable. I accidentally left my wallet with $2000 in the room while the housekeeper was there and came back to see my wallet placed safely at the same spot. I highly recommend this place.

Location is very nice, direct access ti the beach, staff polite

Not a 5 star misleading advert from booking. Super loud rooms from the closest restaurant until 1am, strong smell of drainage extremely small swimming pool.

The location is awesome, service is wonderful and they have their own parking which is a big thing on the tiny main strip of tulum beach clubs. The food is exceptional and so are cocktails. The room spacious.

Our room was closer to the main gate and they play super loud music across in the restaurant which was annoying. If you get a room near the beach you’ll be fine. Also, too many mosquitoes 🦟

Good location , nice style of the hotel

Not a 5 star hotel absolutely, there is no privacy from the room, all people that they are not hotel guests they pass in front of the windows of the room. No 5 stars service, no minibar, no double sink in the bathroom. Only the price is 5 stars

Location was amazing!! Restaurants and beach clubs are close by (walking distance) Staff were amazing too and so helpful. Rooms were beautiful, we had part ocean view and it was stunning to wake up to in the morning. Plunge pool and heaps of beach lounges to use during the day are great. Would definitely stay here again!!

I was surprised there was no mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold, but we just bought ice and a esky to keep water cold.
