We stayed for almost a week at Casa Carmen and we had the chance to find the best accommodation in town. Everything is perfect do not hesitate to go there.

Without hesitation when I return to San Cristóbal I’m going to stay at Casa Carmen. It’s located on a quiet and safe street, short walks to restaurants. There’s a wonderful garden and art exhibit around the corner… The premises is a serene escape, you immediately feel calm when walking in. The flowing water fountain and beautiful fresh flowers create such peace. It’s decorated so well, not overcrowded, and all the furniture is beautiful. I love all the spaces to sit and just be. I wish I spent more time just sitting in the spaces. The rooftop is an amazing addition, great for a morning coffee or evening wind down. I’m sad I missed their culinary experience, I wish I took the molé class :( The room is also beautifully decorated, spacious and so clean. The staff are the most kind and helpful people. They really fit into the space. I cannot say enough good about the staff, the stay and the experience.

This is such a nice place. Everything is so well-decorated, and is traditional at the same time, especially the kitchen. I was working remotely, and the internet was fast.

The mirror in the room looks somewhat strange as if it's not flat. It made you look shorter somehow.

The location is really good, close to the center but not in the real caos of the center. The staff is super nice and helpful, they book for us one tour and they offer a lot of activities. The hotel is really really nice.

If I need to find something, the shower head was not super clean and water was almost not going out so they could put more attention in cleaning this.

Really nice hotel with nice interior. The rooms are big and the bed is huge. The staff is also really helpful.

The room was delightful. With a bath and a fire returning to the hotel at the end of the day was a real refuge. Carlos, who was on reception of an evening was very helpful and accommodating as well. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Bed was comfortable, everything was clean, staff were very helpful and the location was fantastic
