Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit tollen Gemeinschaftsräumen - die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Hotel und San Cristobal haben uns so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan eine Nacht länger geblieben sind.

Rustige locatie, een prachtig en gezellig huis, mooi dakterras. Een keuken waar je alles mag gebruiken. Familiale sfeer. Elke dag wordt er gepoetst, propere handdoeken....echt een pareltje!

Ik kan niets bedenken, alles was perfect in orde

Too noisy our room hasn’t had black out and there was a tiny window so once sunrise it was so bright inside the room

"Wonderful stay at Casa Carmen"

Casa Carmen was the best accomodation I encountered in México! The staff was lovely and very helpful, the room was beautifully decorated and well lit, and I loved soaking in the tub with a fire going. Never felt so much luxury before. The location is wonderful, very close to the center but still very quiet. Also close to the bus terminal.

The building is really nice and welcoming and the location is perfect, 2 minutes from the central streets but far from the noise. The room was well decorated and very cozy and the bathroom super big and well equipped.

Everything was good, maybe just one thing: the room has a lot of windows with no curtains so in the morning is super bright from the sunrise and it could be a problem if you want to sleep a bit longer
