The location was excellent, very central. The entire accommodation is very lovingly furnished. I felt very comfortable there from the very first moment. The internet also worked without any problems.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit top Lage in San Cristobal. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, toll eingerichtet und super sauber. Wir durften vor Check-in das Badezimmer nutzen und unser Gepäck wurde aufbewahrt. Das Personal war super lieb und freundlich, Preis Leistung top! Klare Empfehlung, wir waren traurig, dass es für weitere Nächte voll ausgebucht war, sonst hätten wir gerne verlängert ☺️

"This is a nice enough place, but I would definitely describe it as a guesthouse rather than a hotel."

There was no breakfast provided, which is fine. I prefer to dine out for breakfast.

I barely saw any staff members during my stay, only someone to check me in and out. Therefore it felt a little bit “cold” overall in terms of feeling welcome.

Easily the best hotel we stayed at so far during our Mexico trip! Everything is excellent! Super stylish! There was a fireplace in our room and a bath tub which absolutely made our stay! The staff is super attentive and kind! The location is just perfect!!
