Llegamos en la madrugada porque nuestro autobus se retrasó, el personal del hotel estaba pendiente y nos recibió muy amablemente. La habitación resultó muy acogedora y tenía todo lo necesario. El hotel es una especie de mezcla con hostal, tienen una cocina en el areá común, no la utilizamos pero nos explicaron que podíamos preparar alimentos y guardarlos si queríamos, me parece buena opción si quieres ahorrar un poco de dinero. La ubicación es muy buena, esta rodeada de diferentes cafés y restaurantes, caminando unos minutos se llega al centro donde puedes comprar artesanías. Sin duda si volvemos a visitar San Cristobal será nuestra primera opción para hospedarnos.

Clean spacious and modern en suite rooms. Fantastic location to historic center. We were allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated.

Cleaning up of pots etc in the kitchen can be heard loudly in the rooms. The rooms have panels which allow light through the whole night so the rooms are not properly dark. There was never anyone at reception, so very difficult to get information or ask questions etc.

This hotel truly puts guest comfort first, rather than trying to squeeze extra money out of you — and you can feel that from the very first moment. Our room was already ready quite early in the morning when we arrived, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. It offers outstanding value for money. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and available 24 hours a day, always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal: only a 7-minute walk to the bus station and just 2 minutes to a lively district full of life, yet the hotel itself is perfectly quiet and peaceful. Every detail is designed for comfort. Extra heating devices are provided, the blankets are thick and warm, and the shower is excellent. And then there’s the fireplace — absolutely the highlight. It’s real, fully functional, and beautifully designed. Coming back to the hotel after a long day of exploring the town and its surroundings, sitting by the fireplace, feels incredibly cosy and relaxing. Overall, this is a very warm, safe, and welcoming place that truly feels like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Increíble la ubicación y el diseño de la casa super lindo! Me pareció un lugar muy cerca de todo lo céntrico pero en una calle tranquila para poder descansar. La casa tiene una cocina compartida y atrás compartidas muy cómodas también.

The location was excellent, just behind one of the main restaurant streets, but very quiet. Room was spacious with comfy bed. Kitchen was spotless with free drinking water, tea and coffee.
