Very nice room close to restaurants and attractions

Very comfy bed with warm sheets, great location within walking distance of many restaurants and sightseeing. The room is cosy but spacious. The staff doesnt speak English very well, but they really try and are super friendly.

Das hotel ist den preis nicht wert, es sieht zwar nett aus, aber der service ist katastrophal. In den Räumen gibt es keine Ablagefläche und die nassen Strandtücher darf man weder auf der Terrasse noch auf dem Balkon aufhängen weil es nicht zur „appearance“ des Hotels passt. Wir sind einmal per Whatsapp und einmal persönlich unfreundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden. Deswegen fängt es in den zimmern schnell an zu müffeln. Die Athomosphäre zwischen den Personen die dort arbeiten und den Managern ist sehr angespannt. Während dem wir am Pool lagen, wurden die Mitarbeitenden von den Managern lautstark angeschnauzt, was eine sehr schlechte Stimmung machte. Ruhe und entspannung, mit der das Hotel sich fälschlicherweise schmückt, haben wir da nicht gefunden, unter anderem auch, weil den ganzen tag laute Technomusik im ganzen Hotel und Poolbereich äuft. Wir hatten gefragt ob man diese leiser oder ausstellen könnte. Daraufhin haben wir nur eine genervte defensive nachricht bekommen, dass das nicht ginge und das hotel das leisteste in el cuyo war - eine glatte lüge. Machen sie einen grossen bogen um das hotel.

Stylish, very comfortable (although a bit chilly) and quiet with the added bonus of a roof terrace; and in a great location.

Beautiful hotel, great location, took the cookery course which was brilliant. Amazing value for money.

San Chris was cold. We had a heater in the room but the rest of the property was cold. A real shame as it would have been lovely to sit in the living room.

Casa Carmen was an absolute gem in San Cristobal, well located, beautifully designed, the best room we have stayed in our whole trip. The room size was excellent, the bathroom the same, very comfortable, quiet and with beautiful attention to detail. Linens towels etc were all of a great standard. The shared spaces are also very nice and with a homely feeling. We were also able to extend our stay in our room with a very late check out for minimal cost and the team were all very helpful.

Nothing, we loved it all and would highly recommend.
